“We are thrilled to have produced such a phenomenal, record setting International CES,” said Gary Shapiro, CEA president and CEO. “Our event offers a one of a kind, ‘can’t miss’ experience that allows our global attendees to see how different technologies from a range of industries impact each other. The International CES remains the single best place to experience the products, services and trends that will be driving the global industry in the months and years to come.”

Through the World Trade Center Las Vegas, CEA solidifies international business connections by seeking formal affiliations with other World Trade Centers in global cities. CEA leverages those affiliations to promote the International CES and the value of Las Vegas as a business destination.

“With nearly 49,000 business professionals coming to CES from outside the U.S., our international attendees are a very high priority for us,” said Karen Chupka, senior vice president, International CES and corporate business Strategy, CEA. “We work each year to create more compelling reasons for our international attendees to return to CES while enticing new attendees to experience everything that the show has to offer. Once someone sees the networking opportunities, the bleeding-edge trends showcased through some 20,000 product launches, the conference sessions and business deals entered into, it’s hard to deny the essential need to come back. We have a very loyal attendee base made up of repeat attendees who can’t stay away from the business opportunities of CES.”
