Aiming to promote international trade and investment, Ms. Khair Ull Nissa, Executive Director of WTC GIFT City and VERBIND-its trade services arm; met Mr. Duan Yimin, Vice Chairman of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Tianjin sub-Council (CCPITTJ) to deliberate about international economic and trade cooperation between the two regions.
Along with various crucial deliberations that took place in the meeting; a Memorandum of Understanding was discussed and agreed upon to commemorate their commitment which both the organizations hold in promotion of trade and business. Mr. Duan Yimin assured his assistance of providing trade information, consultation services and trade facilitation for Indian companies in Tianjin as well as local business matchmaking through various forums and exchange of delegations that are to be held. He also emphasized his keenness to work towards Technological & Innovation cooperation and Smart Cities projects and facilitating Chinese companies to invest in India. The meeting proved to have accelerated a step further towards fostering synergies and ties between the two regions.
Advancing the commitment towards promoting bilateral trade ties and cooperation; CCPIT Tianjin will act as a key holistic partner of WTC GIFT City and VERBIND in bridging the regions together through various trade ties and cooperation; stimulating two-way trade and business opportunities between both sides.
