May 20, 2014

EINDHOVEN, NETHERLANDS - From 6th to 8th May 2014, the city of Eindhoven (The Netherlands) formed the global meeting place for the international trade community looking for economic development opportunities.

50 countries presented international trading opportunities during the Nation Branding & Investment Expo. NBI Expo is a unique 'government-to-business' event that provides an international platform for the promotion of investment and trade. At the NBI Expo valuable information about new international 'selling areas and investment projects' within the public-private partnership was shared.

During this multilateral event the diversity of the exhibitors and visitors generated cross-pollination between the participants and enlarged the opportunities for international matchmaking and networking on the floor.

During the expo, entrepreneurs and government agencies had the opportunity to get acquainted with the activities and facilities of the WTCA Members in the Netherlands.
There was also a seminar about the internationalization of SME companies. WTC Eindhoven presented the results of the research conducted on the need for internationalization. Experienced experts exchanged information on their activities in international markets.
