According to him, Chongqing World Trade Center has officially launched investment bid in "Rising Sun Taipei City", within which "Taiwan Trade Mart" will be built in collaboration with Chongqing World Trade Center. For Taiwan enterprise, it will become "Taiwan products fair that never ends". Before soon, Chongqing World Trade Center will enter the "Rising Sun Taipei City", and drawing on the model of Taipei World Trade Center, it plans to build a 5000-square-meter international conference hall and 20000-square-meter exhibition hall, as well as five stars hotels and high-grade office building.

Xiyong central business district (CBD) consists of four major commercial parts, including "commerce Taipei, shopping Taipei, entertainment Taipei, leisure Taipei". More than 50 Taiwan tier one brands have entered the CBD, including Miramar Garden Taipei, Durban Department Store, Les Suites Taipei, Taiwan Ambassador Theaters, Alexander Health Club. In addition, letter of intent has been signed with New Century, the commerce flagship in Chongqing, which has three retail businesses (department stores, supermarkets, electrical appliance). In the future, life here will be such that "Chongqing people feel like in Taipei, and Taiwanese feel like they have never left Taipei".
