A breakfast roundtable titled "Fintech and the Changing Roles for Leaders: Exploring New Opportunities," was organized by World Trade Center Chennai in association with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). The event, held at Holiday Inn, brought together leaders from various industries.

In an era defined by rapid digital transformation, the event served as a dynamic platform for leaders to delve into the evolving landscape of the financial technology sector.  

The event commenced with a thought-provoking keynote address by Mr. Alex Paul Menon, IAS-The Development Commissioner of MEPZ-SEZ. Mr.Menon underscored the seismic shifts caused by fintech in the global economy and elaborated on how fintech innovations are not only reshaping industries but also redefining the very roles and expectations of leaders. 

Mr. Gopu Natarajan, COO of STPI FInblu delivered the special address where he emphasized on how start ups are redefining the fintech ecosystem in India. He shared invaluable insights into the challenges and opportunities that fintech presents. Mr. Natarajan emphasized the need for adaptive leadership, as organizations must navigate the complexities of emerging technologies. 

Beyond enlightening discussions, the event provided a fertile ground for networking and collaboration. Leaders from diverse sectors exchanged ideas and explored potential synergies, further emphasizing the interconnectedness of the business world.
