Exciting lecture about Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong with instructor Peter Balland
Master Ding Academy offers Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong classes. For many years, Peter Balland has been training with Master John Ding in London, and is the only approved instructor in Denmark.
Peter Balland has successfully held numerous Qi Gong & Tai Chi Intro sessions for a variety of businesses, schools, colleges and private customers.
Tai Chi & Qi Gong have deep roots in Chinese medicine and Chinese martial arts:
Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese martial art where physical training, relaxation, meditation and martial art come together in beautiful harmony.
Qi Gong is meditative physical exercise designed to strengthen, relax and unite body, mind and breathing.
"Tai Chi" (abbreviated name) & Qi Gong can be practiced regardless of age (as long as you can stand up). Experience shows that both Qi Gong and Tai Chi strengthen the body, promote health, increase your self-awareness and body awareness, inner peace, your ability to self-defense, and last but not least, your quality of life.
