On 17th August 2015, China World Property & Hotel Management Company Limited, a subsidiary of China WTC Beijing, was awarded the Best Service Provider Prize for 2014 by Tencent, China’s largest and most respected Internet company based in Shenzhen. Only 19 service providers out of a total of 238 nationwide for Tencent were presented with the award.
China World Property & Hotel Management Company Limited has been providing property management service for Tencent’s Beijing Branch since April 2014.
