In late August, Dr. Xiao Qu, Associate Professor of School of Hotel & Tourism Management of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, gave an informative and inspiring lecture at China WTC (Beijing) on the so-called “new norms” of the hotel industry in China and abroad. The lecture had the participation of senior executives of China WTC(Beijing) as well as over 80 staff from the three hotels, namely, China World Hotel, Traders Hotel and China World Summit Wing, all of which owned by China WTC (Beijing).The attendees had positive feedback for the detailed and insightful presentation by Dr. Xiao.
