Exhibition on China's First Female War Journalist

BEIJING, CHINA - An exhibition on the life and career of ZOYA (Zhang Yu Lian), the first female war journalist of China, is now being held at the Rainbow Corridor & Northwestern Gate, Zone 3, China World Mall. The exhibition is scheduled to close with a book launch ceremony at China WTC Beijing on the 6th November 2015. 

ZOYA grew up amidst a challenging home environment in the early years of the 20th century. However, she beat the odds to complete her tertiary education at Yenching University and rose to the challenge of fighting the Japanese invasion as a war journalist in the 1940s, leaving behind an eternal legacy.
