On 25th November 2015, a ceremony to mark the top-out of China World Trade Center Phase 3B Mega Tower was held in our complex with the attendance of some 150 guests.
The 3B mega tower will be another landmark building for Beijing and China. It is a multi-use project consisting of Grade A business offices, residential & business offices, hotel guestrooms and retail. In particular, more than 50% office space of the mega tower had been booked by Shell China in 2014. The building stands more than 295 meters tall above ground and will be ready for occupation in October 2016.
