2016 PACIFIC ALLIANCE EVENT - WTC BUCARAMANGA

BUCARAMANGA, COLOMBIA - The business world meets in Bucaramanga on August 4 and 5 of 2016.

What began as an initiative of four Presidents three years ago, today is one of the strongest blocks throughout Latin America. The Pacific Alliance is a mechanism for regional integration and economic between Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru, which seeks to create a space of deep integration to move towards the free circulation of goods, services, capital and persons; promote higher growth, development and competitiveness of the economies that comprise it.

The Pacific Alliance is considered the "most ambitious integration proposal in decades." Which has made important advances, generating economic growth and opportunities for members of the 4 countries. The population of the four member countries sums approximately 216.3 million people, about 37% of the population in Latin America and the Caribbean, making it the fifth most populous in the world subregion.

World Trade Center Bucaramanga has consolidated its commitment to sustainable development of the country, therefore, organizes the most important event of the year, in the city of Bucaramanga.

This International Event, brings together over 400 entrepreneurs and investors from the countries of the Pacific Alliance, as well as the World Trade Center's network in the world.

Bucaramanga, Santander, and Punta Diamante Hotel, as the official headquarters will be the epicenter of this international event. A region that has become the fourth most competitive economy in Colombia with the best economic, leader in human capital, a region indicators characterized by the highest level of entrepreneurship and innovation, which ranks as the 10th sustainable region of World.
