Movich Hotels Group owns the strategic land of approximately 35,000 square meters of which most of the occupation is the Movich MedellĂn Intercontinental Hotel, the most important hotel in the city by size, content and its privileged location.
Movich Hotels Group has signed with the World Trade Center MedellĂn Organization and Grupo CivisCorp S.A the agreement for the structuring, viability and development of the World Trade Center MedellĂn Towers in the part of the mentioned land that remains to be developed, with a platform and two buildings, one with 20 floors for commercial, health and office areas, and the other with 17 floors for apartments
