WTC Anyang is located in the High-tech Zone of Anyang City, Henan Province. The project covers an area of about 20,000 square meters with a total floor area of about 116,000 square meters. The project includes a five-star hotel with 321 guest rooms, catering, conference and recreational facilities and a 26-story office building of 99.8 meters in height with a total floor area of about 46,000 square meters. It is designed and built according to the Green Building Three Star Standard—the highest standard for green building in China.
