John is an international management consultant with over 15 years of experience on all continents except Africa and Antarctica. He is currently in the process of starting World Trade Center Orlando Consulting.
He specializes in overall organization assessments using the Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework. He also occasionally provides Award application service, having led FedEx to be the first Baldrige winner in the Service category in the US, and having led five other organizations to a similar award in another country.
