Sumandhi Fox, Property Manager, World Trade Center Portland

Sumandhi Fox has served with World Trade Center Portland since September 2018, where she oversees the operations, leasing, and strategic management of the World Trade Center Portland campus in downtown Portland, Oregon. In this role, she works closely with local and international partners to support a vibrant business community while advancing the mission of the World Trade Centers Association to facilitate global trade and business connections.

With extensive experience in commercial real estate and portfolio management, Sumandhi leads tenant relations, leasing strategy, and property operations for a diverse mix of office and retail tenants. She focuses on cultivating strong partnerships, enhancing the tenant experience, and positioning the World Trade Center Portland as a hub for business engagement, cultural exchange, and international collaboration.

Sumandhi is an active participant in the WTCA global network and regularly engages with industry partners through international forums and professional organizations. She holds a degree in International Development and Economics from Portland State University and brings a global perspective to her work supporting trade, investment, and economic connectivity.

Sumandhi prides herself on transparency and operates with an open-door policy for all tenants, staff and community partners. She is always willing to actively listen, problem solve issues and collaborate in order to establish a more harmonious and productive experience for all who step foot in the World Trade Center Portland.
