Pamela completed her Masters in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, and is a holder of Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism from the University of the Philippines.
She gained her professional experience from respectable organizations in the areas of tourism and travel, hotel, theme park operations, TV sales, real estate and property sales and development. She has had major dealings with top level, local and foreign corporate accounts, travel agents, convention and incentive organizers, associations & government accounts and other major players in the tourism and travel industry. She has likewise pioneered large organizations and set-up new business units focusing on marketing and sales, particularly Edsa Shangri-La Hotel, ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corp., and Enchanted Kingdom. On the whole, she brings with her over 25 years of meaningful work experience.
Pamela has been with the World Trade Center Metro Manila for eight (8) years, having started as its Vice-President, then Senior Vice President and General Manager, and now as its President. She has been successfully managing the exhibition business ensuring its efficient operations and profitability. She works closely with exhibition and events organizers in the fulfillment of their objectives to stage successful shows. In the same capacity, she implements strategic objectives of the company to maintain its position as the premier world-class venue for exhibitions and events of the country.
She concurrently sits as a Board Member of the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB), and holds the position of Treasurer and Director of the Philippine Association of Convention, Exhibition Organizers and Suppliers (PACEOS).
