Xiamen, China (September 6, 2018) – The World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) is pleased to announce that it will continue to showcase the WTCA global network and brand at the 2018 China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) in Xiamen with World Trade Center (WTC) delegates and their business members from North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions.

In recognition of the leading role CIFIT plays in facilitating investment and trade in China and the rest of the world, the WTCA has organized successful participation at Access China/CIFIT program for seven consecutive years. Among many highlights with this year’s program, the WTCA global network and participating WTCs will be featured at WTCA Pavilion.

During CIFIT, the WTCA will be co-hosting the 17th World Business Leaders Roundtable with China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), CIFIT Organizing Committee and CCPIT/WTC Xiamen with a focus on cross-border E-commerce and blockchain technology. The roundtable features major players in the industry such as Alibaba, eBay, PayPal, NetEase and Suning. In addition, the WTCA will join force with CCPIT Fujian Sub-council to organize Maritime Silk Road International Business Cooperation Symposium which offers opportunities for regional promotion and one-on-one meeting between Chinese and foreign companies.

“I was honored to join the WTCA delegation for CIFIT in the past two years, where I was exposed to China’s development and its close business and trade cooperation with the rest of the world,” said Mr. Scott Ferguson, CEO of WTCA. “I would like to invite everyone to visit this year’s meeting where you can experience exhibition, forums, and high-level meetings with government and business leaders, all exclusive to CIFIT.”
