Sep 30, 2015

XIAMEN, CHINA - September 8, 2015 The newly-established WTCA Holdings Ltd. officially launched its partnership program today at the 2015 China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) in Xiamen, China by signing agreements with two service vendors – China World Property & Hotel Management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China World Trade Center in Beijing, and Hong Kong-based Compass Offices.

WTCA Holdings is a wholly-owned subsidiary of World Trade Centers Association, Inc. (WTCA), established to provide value-added services that enhance the quality of facilities, services and operations of WTCA’s World Trade Center (WTC) members. WTCA Holdings’ range of services covers the needs of WTC Members from the conceptual to start-up, and development and operational stages.

The integration of facilities and services offers WTC License Holders and investors unique differentiation and competitiveness in the marketplace. In addition, the broad spectrum of the WTC Ecosystem requires expertise in each segment to achieve excellence, which creates remarkable business opportunities for leading WTC members to leverage and commercialize their best practices and for third-party vendors to provide consultancy and management services across the planning, development and operational phases of the WTC Lifecycle. The potential areas for value-added services include but are not limited to: WTC feasibility studies and market analysis; architecture and engineering design; construction counseling; project management; property management, financing and investment facilitation; hotel planning and management; leasing, selling and management of office, retail and residential spaces. There is potential for a wide range of trade services solutions to enhance the resources and quality of WTC Members’ service offerings to their local business communities.

“We are very glad to kick off our partnership program by signing two top-notch service vendors today, which can start providing high-quality value-added services to our membership base in the Asia Pacific region immediately. WTCA Holdings is seeking recognized service vendors to affiliate with and promote as “WTCA Service Provider” in a win-win partnership that affords value-added services to strengthen the WTC operations and network,” said Scott Wang, WTCA Holdings CEO.
