WTCA Continued Major Showcase at 2017 CIFIT

Xiamen, China (September 18, 2017) – The World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) is pleased to announce that more than 50 representatives of 28 World Trade Centers (WTCs) and business delegations from North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific Region attended the 2017 China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) in Xiamen.

In recognition of the leading role CIFIT plays in facilitating investment and trade in China and the rest of the world, the WTCA has organized successful participation at Access China/CIFIT program for six consecutive years. Among many highlights with this year’s program, the WTCA continued to showcase its global network and branding as well as the participating WTCs through high-profile WTCA Pavilion.

During CIFIT, the WTCA co-hosted The Belt & Road Forum with China-Britain Business Council and CCPIT/WTC Xiamen with a focus on the opportunites and cooperation under Belt & Road initiative, and International Business Conference of “BRICS+” & “The Belt and Road” with CCPIT Fujian Sub-council, CCPIT Shaanxi Sub-council and South Africa Department of Trade and Industry which offered opportunites of one-on-one meeting bewteen Chinese and foreign companies. At the same time, the WTCA organized events such as WTCA HQ-WTCs Roundtable, press conference and high-level meetings with government and business leaders.
