On September 19, we hosted a comprehensive tour of the Port of Vancouver for Consuls and Honorary Consuls from approximately 30 countries. This event provided insight into the vital role the port plays in Canada’s international trade ecosystem, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the processes and logistics involved in importing goods into Canada. It was an excellent opportunity for foreign representatives to gain a deeper understanding of Vancouver’s pivotal role in global trade.

In a bid to foster cross-border partnerships, WTC Vancouver welcomed a US delegation from the Tampa Bay region. Three companies participated in a total of 9 B2B meetings with local businesses, opening doors for new collaboration opportunities and furthering discussions on expanding into the Canadian market. This visit highlights the ongoing efforts to deepen trade relationships between Vancouver and Tampa Bay.

In collaboration with the Government of British Columbia, WTC Vancouver had the honor of hosting a German delegation here in August. This event consisted of a roundtable briefing by the provincial government and then a factory tour at Vitalus Nutrition – a TAP Graduate in the Dairy industry.
