WTC NM Supports ITME Exhibition Award 2026

Recognizing the transformative role of technology in shaping the future of exhibitions and events, India ITME Society, in association with EEA 2026, introduced the prestigious Champion of Change Award 2026.

As part of their ongoing commitment to strengthening cooperation following the recently signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between World Trade Centre Navi Mumbai and India ITME Society, Mr. Jayant Ghate of WTC Navi Mumbai was requested to become a Jury Member for this award.

The award sought to recognize organizations that have successfully leveraged technology to elevate service standards, drive innovation and create meaningful impact across the exhibition industry.

The theme for the 2026 edition, "Technology in Exhibition Services," highlighted the growing importance of digital transformation, automation, artificial intelligence, data analytics and innovative service solutions in enhancing the overall exhibition experience for organizers, exhibitors and visitors alike.

To ensure a robust and transparent evaluation process, a distinguished jury comprising industry leaders and experts was constituted. The jury included Mr. Ketan Sanghvi, Chairman, India ITME Society; Dr. Seema Srivastava, Executive Director, India ITME Society; Ms. Swati Pandey, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Maharashtra Airport Development Company; Mr. Jayant Ghate, Advisor, World Trade Center Navi Mumbai; Mr. Vishal Ganju, Executive Director, CHEMEXCIL; and Mr. Sushil Shah, Director, GML Events.

The award ceremony was held on 12th June 2026 at the Exhibition Excellence Award and Summit 2026 of the Indian Exhibition Industry  Association at the CIDCO Exhibition & Convention Centre,  Navi Mumbai, where industry leaders, innovators and stakeholders were expected to come together to celebrate organizations that are not merely adapting to change but actively shaping the future of the exhibition industry. The winner was Benchmark Computer Solution Limited and runner-up was Event Titans. Mr. Jayant Ghate and other   Jury Members were present on the dias on this occasion.

The participation of World Trade Centre Navi Mumbai in the jury process reflected its commitment to promoting innovation, fostering industry collaboration and supporting initiatives that enhance the competitiveness and global standing of India's exhibitions and events sector.
