World Trade Center Mumbai and the All India Association of Industries (AIAI) are jointly organizing the 10th edition of the Global Economic Summit (GES 2025) on the theme “Asia-Pacific: Driving Global Market”, scheduled to be held from August 20–22, 2025 at World Trade Center Mumbai.
This edition of the Summit promises to be a truly international gathering of thought leaders, policymakers, trade officials, and business leaders as it will be held concurrently with the 2025 WTCA Asia Pacific Conference. This Conference is expected to witness participation from over 85 World Trade Centers across the Asia Pacific region.
The theme of the 10th Global Economic Summit underscores the growing significance of the Asia-Pacific region in shaping global trade dynamics, fostering innovation, and driving sustainable economic transformation. Home to more than 60% of the world’s population, the Asia-Pacific has, over the years, emerged as the epicenter of global trade and manufacturing.
The region plays a vital role in the global supply chain for key commodities such as semiconductors and critical minerals. It is also a major source of skilled labor and one of the largest consumer markets worldwide. Moreover, it is pivotal to the sustainable transformation of the global economy—driving innovation in fields such as artificial intelligence, robotics, clean energy, and advanced manufacturing.
As the region continues to lead in critical sectors such as manufacturing, technology, clean energy, and supply chain resilience, the Summit will explore new avenues for collaboration and partnerships in an evolving global landscape.
Since its inception in 2010, the Global Economic Summit has served as a premier platform for dialogue and collaboration on international trade and investment. GES 2025 will feature high-level conference sessions, panel discussions, a curated exhibition, and valuable networking opportunities—facilitating meaningful engagement among global stakeholders.
Given the strategic relevance of the Asia-Pacific region as the future of the global economy, we warmly invite WTCs to participate in the Summit by leading a business delegation. This will provide a valuable opportunity for your members to explore trade and investment prospects in the rapidly growing Asia Pacific region and foster strategic business collaborations.
WTCs and their business members may participate at the Summit as exhibitors or delegates and benefit from the knowledge sharing and networking opportunities.Â
