A World Trade Center location is much more than an iconic building, it is a business ecosystem for the sustainability, development and internationalization of cities and their business communities. To achieve this strategic purpose conferences convening the business community are of great importance, however getting started can represent an important complexity for WTC businesses that focus on real estate even though these can have a positive impact on their real estate property.

To support WTC businesses in the LatAm region wanting to initiate a program of regular conferences as part of the services they offer, WTCA will accompany up to five WTC businesses through advice and mentoring with the aim of guaranteeing three events a year in each WTC business.  The WTCA LatAm Regional Office will work with Subdelia Sevilla who will accompany these WTC businesses in the successful development of this program.

Subdelia Sevilla, former Director of WTC Valencia, has more than 10 years of experience in these types of activities, organizing a host of conferences both local and regional for WTC Valencia.

The program will consist of three phases:

Phase 1: Gathering Information

Main activities

  • Survey of relevant economic and business information of the chosen city (virtual, before the visit).
  • Visit of the WTC business to explore (personally and with local staff) the business environment and conclude with topics and strategy for the three events this WTC business shall organize.

Phase 2: Prospecting

Main activities

  • Advise on the assembly of the strategic events in the first year, seeking both sponsorship and brand positioning.

Phase 3: Mentoring

Main activities

  • Virtual mentoring during the execution of the events.
  • Support in the development of the communication elements of the events.
