World Trade Center Ballerup is expanding

The existing property is almost fully let and holds today more than 110 companies and clinics. With the new 15-storey building comprising almost 20,000 sqm, World Trade Center Ballerup's total capacity will be more than doubled to almost 40,000 sqm. The tower will hold office facilities, a conference center, and serviced apartments.

“We are still experiencing an interest in being a part of World Trade Center Ballerup, which is why we want to complete the project by building additional almost 20,000 sqm," says CEO Benedicte Rønje. “The architectural expression of the tower will be in harmony with the existing building, and the tower will accommodate medium-sized and large companies as well as serviced apartments - an attractive alternative to a hotel room when the employees of the surrounding companies come for extended visits. In addition, World Trade Center Ballerup will be further strengthened as a conference center.
