Virtual Meeting Held to Foster Service Trade

CCPIT Tianjin / WTC Tianjin hosted the 16th PECC Fair – Service Trade Innovative Business Matchmaking Conference on October 13. Themed “Driving Development through Innovative Services”, the virtual meeting attracted 500 participants from Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing and Hebei province.

Mr. Scott Wang, Vice President Asia Pacific of WTCA, Mr. Shengguo Dai, Vice Chairman of CCPIT Tianjin, and Mr. Guolai Liu, Vice Chairman of Beijing Trade in Services Association addressed the meeting. Topics discussed included the innovative development of service trade, how to foster innovative advantages in culture, conference & exhibition, biology and digitalization, and how to help enhance China’s position in global market supply chain, industry chain and value chain. Matchmaking session focused on cultural industry, overseas exhibition and biotech R&D, among others. 

Aiming at improving the innovation capability and competitiveness of service trade companies and accelerating the development of service trade in China, the meeting served as a platform for companies to get connected, share innovative ideas and practices, and find opportunities to cooperate.
