Seminar on "Investment Opportunities in the U.S."

ISTANBUL, TURKEY - On July 7, 2014, at our WT Club facilities, we hosted a seminar titled "Diversifying Your Portfolio - Investment Opportunities in the United States Commercial Real Estate Market and Strategies for Turkish Investors".

Conducted by Ally Gunduz from Landwin International, the seminar also featured  guest speaker Jeffrey Justice, Foreign Commercial Officer of U.S. Department of Commerce.

At the opening remarks, WTC Istanbul General Manager Rustu Argit gave an overview of the Center's activities related to international trade, and briefed the audience on importance of economic ties between U.S. and Turkey.

During his presentation, Mr. Justice presented current figures on the U.S. economy and opportunities for doing business between the two countries. Representing Landwin International, which made its entry into the Turkish market recently in matters of real estate consultancy, management, and investments, was Ms. Gunduz. She explained commercial real estate investment strategies and private placement in the U.S. Presentations were followed by Q&A and networking sessions.
