What is your vision for your WTC business and why did you decide to obtain a WTC license?

Mr. Chande (WTC Nashik): With over 36 years of experience shaping Nashik’s growth story through real estate and infrastructure, we’ve been deeply woven into the city’s transformation — from a regional trade town to one of India’s most dynamic emerging economies. But potential must be activated. Our vision with WTC Nashik is to convert that quiet strength into global influence. Nashik has long stood tall — leading India’s agricultural exports, championing defense production, renewable energy, and earning its title as the "Wine Capital of India." Strategically positioned on major industrial corridors, it holds every ingredient for global relevance. What it needed was the right channel. Securing the World Trade Center (WTC) license was a deliberate step toward building that channel. Not to add another real estate project to the city, but to introduce a platform that integrates Nashik into the world’s trade and investment ecosystem. The WTC brand brings more than prestige — it unlocks access. It connects regional enterprises to international networks, opportunities, and partnerships. Through WTC Nashik, we’re creating an engine of transformation — one that empowers businesses to scale beyond borders, collaborate across industries, and contribute to a more globally engaged Nashik.

Mr. Vesovic (WTC Belgrade): Our vision for WTC Belgrade is to become a regional hub for global business and innovation, connecting Serbia and the Western Balkans with the world. As part of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, we recognize the WTC license as a powerful opportunity to elevate our business community by aligning with a globally trusted brand. Our goal is to foster international collaboration, enhance trade and investment, and create a vibrant space that brings together businesses, institutions, and people across borders.

What are you looking forward to most about joining this global network?

Mr. Chande (WTC Nashik): What excites us most is becoming part of a purpose-driven global network — one that transcends borders and brings together visionary leaders across industries and continents. With the WTCA community, we see an opportunity to build transformative partnerships, channel global investments into Nashik, and give our region a strong, meaningful voice on the world stage. We look forward to sharing knowledge, exchanging ideas, and co-creating solutions with fellow WTC businesses — while proudly contributing India’s unique capabilities to the global trade landscape. Above all, we’re committed to making a lasting impact — not just for Nashik, but as an active member of a worldwide alliance shaping the future of business, together.

Mr. Dias (WTC Uberaba): We are looking forward to increasing mutual opportunities among the Members, boosting national and international trade, and identifying and connecting with real estate partners and investors.

Mr. Vesovic (WTC Belgrade): We are most excited about becoming part of a trusted, supportive, and truly global community. WTCA represents a unique platform for knowledge sharing, business matchmaking, and long-term partnerships. We look forward to connecting our local companies with global markets and to learning from the experiences and best practices of other WTCA Members. The possibilities for joint events, trade missions, and innovation-focused cooperation are endless—and very inspiring.
