Portuguese investment firm Square has acquired Building One at WTC Almeda Park from UBS for €41 million.
Located in Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona), the asset offers 15,000 square metres of office space and is home to Cofidis Spain's headquarters. It forms part of WTC Almeda Park, one of the region's leading business parks.
