NEW: WTCA RECIPROCITY DESK

Dear WTCA Members,

We are excited to announce the imminent launch of the WTCA Reciprocity Desk.

 â€śReciprocity” is defined as “the practice of exchanging things with others for mutual benefit”. This online tool is designed to make this process easy and efficient by allowing you to publish your reciprocity requests to pre-assigned reciprocity desk managers at your target WTCs. 

Housed on the wtca.org platform, the Reciprocity Desk will:

  • Clearly display which WTC Operations offer Reciprocity
  • Offer a direct contact at each WTC Location for Reciprocity (the reciprocity desk manager)
  • Prompt fast response time through an automated response system
  • Offer a personalized dashboard to easily track your reciprocity requests
  • Provide a peer-to-peer review option for each request that will generate and publish a reciprocity rating for each WTC (for WTC viewing only)

We tested the Reciprocity Desk with some of your fellow WTC Members, who when surveyed, provided the following feedback:

  • 100% stated the Reciprocity Desk was easy to use and will be a very helpful tool
  • 100% stated that the Reciprocity Desk will help them save time
  • 100% stated that they will recommend other WTC Members to use this tool as well

To date, 60+ World Trade Centers have signed up for the Reciprocity Desk. If your World Trade Center would like to participate, please fill in this InfoShare Form (Click Here) by March 31, 2015, and assign a Reciprocity Desk Manager where indicated in the form.

We will send out an official launch email to the WTC Network once we go LIVE.
