Meeting with Consul General of India in Toronto

NEW DELHI, INDIA - VERBIND the trade services arm of World Trade Center Noida, GIFT CITY and WTC Chandigarh paid a courtesy visit to Consul General of India in Toronto, Mr. Dinesh Kumar Bhatia on 30th May 2016. The meeting was very fruitful and host of issues were discussed. The Consul General was pleased to know that VERBIND had facilitated a business delegation in the CENTRALLIA Event 2016. The main purpose of the meeting was to increase cooperation and accelerate trade between India and Canada especially deliberating on ways to channelize investments from Canadian Banks and Financial Institutes.

VERBIND would provide the necessary information especially on GIFT City project and would also initiate steps to facilitate investments from Canada on the leads and recommendations of the Consul General’s office. Facilitation to Indian exporters to Canada and helping Indian exporters penetrate and expand the North American market was also discussed. To promote investment in India from Canada VERBIND along with WTC Noida, WTC GIFT City, WTC Chandigarh, will be joining hands with the Consulate to organize promotional events.
VERBIND is committed towards promotion of Indo-Canada Trade and will be working continuously to increase the trade between both the countries.
