Eric Dahl China TV interview reaches mass audience

XIAMEN, CHINA – On September 7, 2014, WTCA CEO Eric Dahl was featured on XMTV News, a 30-minute daily TV program presented by XMTV (Xiamen TV). His interview was part of a series featuring a total of 4 interviews; each segment highlighted select VIPs in attendance at the China International Fair for Trade and Investment (CIFIT). The program was also aired on the Xiamen Star Satellite TV, reaching an audirence of more than 100 million in the major Chinese provinces.

In this program, XMTV highlighted Eric’s background, his views on global leadership, and his participation at CIFIT and the 13th World Business Leaders Roundtable. Eric discussed new initiatives that WTCA is exploring, including investment in technology and a greater physical presence in China.

In regards to the CIFIT conference, Eric believes the event is “becoming more professional.” He states, "There are more programs and more attendees, and the overall quality is going up. I believe this coincides with the rapid changes industries are undergoing, and it is very much driven by technology. CIFIT has been very effective in raising issues related to international trade and discussing these topics in large forums.”
