Creating an Equal Generation

WTC Bhubaneswar Women Entrepreneurs Forum in association with Government Industrial Training Institute Bhubaneswar, under the Directorate of Technical Education and Training, Government of Odisha conducted a workshop on creating equal generation. 

The workshop aimed at creating an understanding amongst the young masses about the recent transformations in the society which embraces equality in every term and looks at a holistic approach for human well-being and survival. The endeavor tried to develop an inclination in the young girls towards entrepreneurship through sharing of real life experiences & challenges of the some of the renowned and practicing women entrepreneurs of the forum.

Ms. Chaitali Mishra, Honorary Convener, WTC Bhubaneswar Women Forum and Director SAATHI in her inaugural address highlighted the importance and glory of the journey of entrepreneurship. She further explained the objective of the workshop and urged the participants to interact and make the workshop a learning experience. 

The workshop further witnessed a session on personality development by Ms. Rashmita Prasad, Director, Corporate Training and confidence building activities on 21st Century Skills by Mrs. Sudha Mishra, Trainer, Helen O Grady International. 

The workshop inspired the young girls to participate in main stream business development with greater confidence by dealing hard with the bottlenecks in the journey of becoming an entrepreneur and breaking the societal barriers as well.
