Celebrating Global Partnerships & Advancing Trade

May 01, 2026

This World Trade Month, we are celebrating our global connections by actively engaging with international delegations and strengthening cross-border collaboration. Throughout May, we are hosting a series of high-impact business interactions with delegations from Egypt, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and other key markets, aimed at unlocking new trade and investment opportunities.

A key highlight of the month is the signing of strategic MoUs with partner organizations in Vietnam and Sri Lanka, including engagement with the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, reinforcing our commitment to deepening bilateral trade ties.

We are also hosting an incoming delegation from Sri Lanka, facilitating focused business discussions and partnership exploration across sectors. In addition, we recently organized an Industry Leadership Connect, bringing together key stakeholders to exchange insights on emerging global trade trends and collaboration opportunities.

As part of our commitment to inclusive growth, we conducted a dedicated session for MSMEs in collaboration with the National Security Council of India, aimed at enhancing awareness, resilience, and preparedness in an increasingly dynamic global trade environment, while also connecting MSMEs to international networks and opportunities.

In celebration of World Trade Day, we are organizing focused dialogues and business forums to promote trade awareness, foster strategic partnerships, and highlight the critical role of collaboration in driving sustainable global economic growth.

Through these initiatives, we are proud to contribute to a stronger, more connected, and resilient global trade ecosystem.
