Gender equality, generational differences, technological advancements – these are just a few of the issues that business leaders of today are facing. The World Trade Center Seattle and Port of Seattle are partnering to create a series of educational programs centered around the difficult, sensitive and important issues in our community. As our country becomes divided, we strive to find common ground in order to support the future. So join us in raising the question – Can We Talk?

There are many misconceptions about and between leaders of all generations. The growing stereotypes associated with these generations has led to misunderstandings, permeating into the workplace. Our panelists representing multiple age groups will tackle these issues head-on with a discussion featuring overlapping and differentiating perspectives. Here, you’ll gain new insight for developing leadership best practices that create unity and understanding.
