Aug 31, 2015

NEW YORK, NY, USA – Over 400 participants representing over eighty countries gathered at the United Nations’ Headquarters in New York City for the International Young Leaders Assembly (IYLA) on August 18, 2015. For the second consecutive year, WTCA Executive Vice President Bella Heule was invited to join the High Level Plenary to share her journey to personal and professional success, alongside seven other influential panelists. The event, entitled “Moral and Innovative Leadership: Vision, Service & Entrepreneurship”, is a premier partnership-driven leadership development initiative that empowers promising young leaders to positively impact communities and nations around the world.

Each High Level Plenary speaker addressed the audience of mostly students and young professionals, calling on them to become a new generation of moral leaders and motivating them to take action and create change. Bella provided the audience with powerful insights on how to set oneself apart and take control of your future and your success. Bella encouraged audience members to identify their four core values and four core skills--who you are and what you stand for-- as students seek to further their professional development.
