ANCHORAGE, AK, USA - This year WTC Anchorage will highlight the infrastructure development & financing of the Arctic. Successful commercial operations in the region will require a significant infrastructure build out that will depend upon an immense amount of capital investment. Will it be the presence of commercial activity that drives the infrastructure development, or will the presence of the necessary infrastructure enable commercial activities in the Arctic? Panel discussions on March 10-11 will be dedicated to various methods of financing Arctic infrastructure.
