Algerian Cluster Day

In partnership with the Algerian Agency for Technological Parks Development , the World Trade Center Algiers organized ,on April the 3rd , the 2nd edition of the Algerian Cluster Day under the theme of "Clusters, a boos for territorial economic development" .

this event took place at the Sidi Abdellah Cyberparc in the suberb of Algiers , a magnificient site that hosts many startups with a promising future .

During this event Professor Madjid Bouzar , international Expert in Clusters, presented the most adequate model and structure of an optimized Cluster for the Algerian economic environment , moreover , Mr. Malek Laidouni from the Ministry of Industry, presented the work that has been done by his institution in regards to the creation of (3) three major clusters in Algeria :

Chemical Industry Cluster
Mechanics Cluster
Pharmaceutical Clusters

In addition to this , Faten Khamassi , a Tunisian researcher , came to share with us the Tunisian experience in Clusters .

Finally , as a guest of honor , the conference welcomed His Excellency Mr. Sid Ahmed FERROUKHI , Ex Minister of Agriculture and currently a lecturer at the National School of Agronomic Sciences .
