In early January, we had the privilege of hosting His Excellency Samuel A.A. Hinds for an Ambassador Conversation with the Washington Intergovernmental Professional Group (WIPG).
Ambassador Samuel A. A. Hinds is a seasoned Guyanese politician and diplomat of the Parliament of Guyana who served as Prime Minister of Guyana from 1992 to 2015 and briefly as President in 1997.
