6th European Economic Congress in Katowice

POZNÁN, POLAND - World Trade Center Poznań invites you to take part in 6th European Economic Congress in Katowice – one of the most important business events in Central Europe, 7-9 May 2014.

The main topics of the Congress are: Europe facing the challenges of global competition, new EU finance, industrial policy and energy, migration and the labor market, Transatlantic Partnership on Trade and Investment (TTIP) and the global expansion of Polish companies (China, Africa). 

Organizers of the three-day congress in Katowice expect around 6000 participants, 700 speakers, and 500 accredited Polish and foreign journalists.  In the frames of the Congress, World Trade Center Poznan is organizing B2B meetings for 31 Pakistani companies under the chairmanship of the Minister of Commerce of Pakistan, Federation of Chambers of Industry and Commerce of Pakistan and the Pakistan Embassy in Poland.

The sectors are: textile, plastic goods, sports goods, rice, mango, orange, leather goods, wind & solar energy, wall tiles & wall fixing & floor tiles, sea food, cotton & cotton processing machinery, steel event management, furniture, denim fabrics, auto parts, freight forwarding services, motorbike gloves, guar gum powder, minerals chrome , talc, manganese etc, carpets and rugs, pesticides, organic food products.
