25th TIMTOS to Reach Record Scale

TAIPEI, TAIWAN - TIMTOS (The 2015 Taipei Int’l Machine Tool Show) is co-organized by World Trade Center Taipei and the Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry (TAMI). The biannual show will take place this year from March 3rd to 8th.
2015 marks the 25th year of TIMTOS. This year the show will have an unprecedented size and scale to showcase advanced machine tools and award-winning products as well as helpful seminars that discuss new opportunities in the market.
The 2015 TIMTOS will be held at the NANGANG Exhibition Hall, WTC Taipei Halls 1 & 3, and, starting this year, at the Yuanshan EXPO Dome. Over the past four decades, TIMTOS has been undergoing tremendous growth alongside the industry that it promotes. Meanwhile, Taiwan has become the world’s fourth largest machine tool exporter.

TIMTOS is now Asia's second largest machine-tool show. This year the show is projected to smash its own records by attracting a huge turnout of international and domestic buyers. Already 1,000 exhibitors from 17 countries have signed on for TIMTOS to occupy a total of use 5,400 booths - a record number in the biennial exhibition's history.

To promote the exhibition, WTC Taipei has mobilized its 60 overseas offices to invite buyers from 25 markets. As a result more than 7,000 international visitors will be at TIMTOS representing major machinery importers from Turkey, Russia, India, Brazil, Mexico, the Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia. They will be joined by a projected 46,000 domestic visitors.

TIMTOS has become a top platform for sourcing quality machine tools and seeking global opportunities.
