WASHINGTON, D.C., USA – On July 29, 2015, the World Trade Center Washington, DC (Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center) hosted the Embassy of Benin for the "Taste of Benin: A Small Country with a Big Footprint in the World." H.E Omar Arouna, Ambassador of the Republic of Benin, welcomed guests in celebrating the 55th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Benin
in partnership with the Congressional African Staff. Angelique Kidjo, Grammy Award winner, joined as a special guest speaker.
