Mr. Akhilesh Mahurkar and Ms. Srujana Chadalawada had a follow-up meeting with Ms. Nashid Chowdhury, Trade and Investment Commissioner, Government of Western Australia, India-Gulf Region, regarding the Western Australia Inbound Trade Delegation to Visakhapatnam. Mr. Roger Cook, Deputy Premier of Western Australia, led the Inbound Trade Delegation in July 2022. In 2016, the states of Andhra Pradesh and Western Australia signed an agreement as sister states.

Praveen P A, Director- Aerospace & Defence, Director BFSI at Govt of Telangana, is also introduced to Ms. Nashid Chowdhury in an effort to promote trade between the state of Telangana and Western Australia.
