On Wednesday, July 18, at the Hesperia WTC Valencia, the Science and Art in Sales workshop was held, focused on the success of the sale of products and services, focused on providing participants with the tools to connect with new markets and customers.

The president of CTA-Partners and expert in commercial habilitation, Alejandro PeƱaloza, began his participation talking about the evolution of the sale from 1.0, going through sales 2.0, to marketing trends 3.0 and emphasized the need for companies to manage the digital transformation.

"Static sales processes do not work, we have to adapt to the purchase process," said PeƱaloza.

For his part, the business consultant and sales coach, Atilio Romero, shared with the public the techniques, strategies and actions to connect emotionally with customers and achieve successful negotiations.

"Proactive sellers are ahead of objections," Romero said. "If you want your sale to be artistic, you have to take care of the details."
