The initiative arose with the idea of ​​providing a window to those women who put into practice the spirit of the WTCA, to encourage them to continue along that path.

WTC Women will have a panel of women outstanding for their trajectory, achievements and vision of life, which with their work contribute to the growth of their environments, as externally for their positive social impact.
