OBSTACLES ANALYSIS TO EXPORT OF FOOD MADE IN ITALY

Referring to the most recent available data of Italian Trade Commission and FEDERALIMENTARI, in 2015, in the agro-food sector, the global turnover referred to the counterfeiting of Italian products was approximately 6 billion euros while, for the “Italian Sounding” (not-Italian products with some characteristics which recall Italy), the turnover was roughly 54 billion euros.

This phenomenon became of relevant importance in foreign markets, such as the USA one, harming our export activities in that destination.

Some of the main topics tackled during the seminar are the tools that Italian companies can use to preserve themselves from this negative phenomenon.

The seminar allows the acquisition of basic information on the national and international extraordinary financial tools available for the Italian agri-food sector.
