The seminar is focused on the “Business Etiquette”: a set of criteria considered ethically acceptable for the interaction between individuals from different Countries and cultural sets in business context.

The “Business Etiquette” researches, collects and compares customs & traditions of various countries.

This is surely a main topic for business people who need to interact with partners with different traditions and cultural values.

It is crucial to be aware of these cultural peculiarities and to be able to use the own knowledge to achieve successfully results.
