WTC The Hague Business Center opens new wing

Feb 21, 2017

THE HAGUE, NETHERLANDS - The Hague’s Business Center opened a whole new wing this week. This gives the World Trade Center-The Hague 140 flexible working spaces; 60 rooms that accommodate up to six persons; and five suites that accommodate up to 15 persons, across three floors. This more than triples the space since the Business Center opened over three years ago. “We have seen a dramatic growth in demand for flexible working spaces since we opened. Much of the demand comes from SMEs and international companies from countries such as Russia, India, the United Kingdom and China. We have only just opened our new spaces, and they are already almost full so we are even working on further expansion,” says Micha Patutschnick, Commercial Manager of WTC-The Hague.

Personal involvement
Micha Patutschnick: “It is really wonderful to see how the Business Center is growing. There are so many nationalities, sectors and ideas working side by side here. The social aspect is very important to us. We strive to be the unifying factor for our tenants. We really are personally involved and constructively think through various issues, such as collaboration, with all the entrepreneurs and companies. Our Business Center provides a stimulating, international environment and is a dynamic alternative to sole traders working at home, the perfect launchpad for new businesses entering the Dutch market and a great place for companies based in the Netherlands to make international contacts."

The WTC The Hague Business Center offers flexible working spaces with flexible rental contracts starting at € 50 a month. Its facilities include free WiFi; a reception with services such as taxis, security, meeting rooms and dry cleaner; and a monthly coffee break, apart from all the facilities that the WTC The Hague, renovated last year, already offered. On top of this, all tenants are automatically members of the Business Club, the international community which organises network meetings and events.
