Export Compliance in the New ACE Era

This one-day seminar will focus on the U.S. export regulations a U.S. Principal Party in Interest (USPPI) must comply with to demonstrate supervision and control over their exports. Seminar leaders will also discuss the new focus on compliance enforcement presented by the expansion and implementation of the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) program. Government visibility has been expanded to include an automated view of the export operations activities requiring the trade industry - to elevate compliance regulatory supervision of their process.
Participants will also learn the controls necessary to manage freight forwarding and fully review the export operations responsibilities of the shipper and USPPI including proper documentation, denied party screening and record keeping.
