We had an event organized with Zendesk; an exclusive lunch for executives comprised of 30 CEOs, VPs, and Heads of Customer Experience, Innovation, and Data Analytics. The leaders discussed about digital transformation throught engaging the customers. As speakers we had Clayton da Silva (VP & Solution Consulting at Zendesk) and Mauricio Castro da Silva (Director at Atento), sharing analysis about the movement of the market focused on the experience 360º, the impacts of Customer Engagement, how the customer experience has been changing the brands and ways of applying the A.I. for creating opportunities through the datas. WTC also questioned the guests about the subject, 64,1% don't have any vision about connecting customer directly to social media and 94,6% already have new initiatives for reinventing on customer experience department.
