WTC Business Forum | Customer Success

On Thursday April 11 we organized the WTC Business Forum focusing on Customer Success. We had the experts Claudia Wharton (Customer Service Director at MAPFRE), Joao Moressi Junior (CEO at Opah IT Consulting) and Tarcisio Triviño (Customer Service Director at Volvo Cars) as speakers, bringing cases and experiences in their companies. Our interactive survey gave us the statistics of 22,4% of the executives are still studying the best index for the company and 63,4% believe there is some difficult about planning a trust relation between values of the company and the final customer.
